charming little place with helpful staff during check-out. excellent location, walking distance to everywhere. a wide range of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location is incredible, near a really popular resturant right opposite, and the Basilica di Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno quarter - couldn't be better. Gorgeous and incredible breakfast except for the coffee, thanks a lot.  

Everything was beautiful, so were incredible views at sunset. The room was a nice size and air conditioned with a large bed and a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

A unique hotel, my first choice in Florence. Impeccably clean property, excellent friendly and exceptionally friendly employees during check-out. Favourable location with parking nearby. Loved very pleasant lounge area.  

I had tasteful and bright room complete with bedroom, a super high painted ceiling, for instance. The location was marvellous and charming, close to a Renaissance palace.

What a unique hotel with efficient staff during check-out! Well-appointed, lovely romantic room with a perfectly renovated bathroom, balcony, cupboard space...

Plus, the location is best possible and ideal, minutes from a Renaissance palace.

The location was best possible, very close to Piazza Santo Spirito. The room was a nice size and extremely pleasant with a great view, intricate plaster work ceiling and the bathroom, and all other comforts.  

The rooms are romantic and air conditioned, with beautiful decoration. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, one of the best things.

A wide array of excellent food at breakfast time. Fabulous and fantastic rooms, informative staff during check-out. Great, charming location in a wonderful neighbourhood. And just off the Palazzo Guadagni, and bars and restaurants.  

The staff was superfriendly, they were always available. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within a close distance from a Renaissance palace.
